EZGO Wiring

I have a 91 EZGO Marathon with a 4 cycle 295 Robin. Just waiting for a new ignitor to arrive but there seems to be a wire not going anywhere. There are 3 wires coming directly fron the engine, 2 are together and go to the ignitor but there is 1 single white wire coming from the engine with a female end on it that I have no home for. I did find a wiring diagram but seems to be no help.
Does anyone have the same buggy they could have a look at and see where it goes for me?

Could it be an oil pressure switch? Some models have them but not sure if this one does.

I have the same problem also. Red and black go to ignitor and white one goes to nowhere? What did you find out?

Found out the white wire is standard on engine. But only certain models actually have a oil light on dash, so then the white wire goes to nowhere.
