Workhorse is LAZY!

Hello, my name is Gary and I am new here. I am having issues with my 98 Workhorse/ 295 Robin. Cart had been running @20mph since clutch ugrade 6mo ago.Last week the cart began taking off slow an topping out at @7mph. The gas pedal is very sensitive as well. Jerks real bad at half throttle. Thanks

Sounds like you got some crud in the carb partly blocking the main jet. Or a possible air leak around the carb.

Fixed it! Part of the throttle linkage was hanging or rubbing the side of the carb. Runs great again.
