ok, we have a E-z go gas powered cart, model it's either 2 1's or an H2784 seriel no. 334953, we are not sure what year, was running good with a little back fire, it has spark, and compression, also gas. but just wont start. was running, then just quit moving. please we need help

Its a 1984, but need more info for a possible solution. That old could be 2 stroke. Need to know what motor and more on what happened
