96 txt won't start?

Hi again, maybe i didn't give enough informations and I know ever little about golf carts. The cart is a 1996 TXT gas golf car 27826-GO1 Engine is a Robin 2 stroke? it was two spark plugs. The problem is when I turn the key to on position, step on the accelerator and nothing happens. I checked the battery connection, battery fully charged. I made a jumper wire and connected to the + side of the battery and to the + side of the solonoid the engine turned over, but would not start. I also used the jumper wire and tested the ignition coil and heard a clicking sound. Any help would would great. I hope I gave enough information and even a few photos of the engine would be helpfull.
