noob with ezgo gas

need some help to find out some stuff about a cart i have i know its a 76-93 because of the plate location and right now its having problems starting ...even with a jump box the starter just spins and if you pump the gas for a while it will start ? any ideas also can someone tell me what year it is the id plate has 529643 and fd0989 under it

Ok...I can tell you the exact year....its a 1989 - Gas Marathon Fleet GX444 2-cycle.

I didnt understand your other question. But at least you know year now.
