Exhaust smell

Will putting on an exhaust extention on my 99 ezgo 295cc hurt anything? To much exhaust smell sometimes. thanks

Nope, you are good to go. You can even run 2 hose clamps around a piece of heat resistant silicone tubing to connect the metal pipes to run it further back.
