EZ-GO won't GO

Hey guys how's it going , I have a ez-go that has good spark ,fuel but will not start . But if I pull the choke the motor will starts to run as soon as let go it dies . Wanted to know if you guys think I need to adjusted the valves and what are the specs. or is it something else? oh, it has a new carburetor in it and the engine is a 295. OK thanks

I would only adjust the valves as a last resort. The main jet in your carburetor is dirty. Take it apart and clean it up. Make sure you remove the jet and clean inside real good.

My brother's was doing simular, so I loosened the gas tank cap and it solved the problem. The vent hole was stopped up.
