99 Exgo has a dead battery, Is the battery 12 or 6 volt? Can I just throw in any fitting automovite battery? Where is a good place to purchase a replacement? Thankyou!

It is 12 volt. Go to pepboys or autozone they can even give you a trade in discount. hope this helps!Thanks,

i think you want a group 26 battery its the right size, any brand you choose just get a group 26.........................................
