ezgo wont start

05 ezgo gas that wont start. I see a broken wire hanging but not sure where it goes. Either that or fuse. What yall think.

We need more info. Can you post a photo of the broken wire or at least describe what it leads to?
Does it turn over or not?
When was the last time it ran?
