94 ez go gas 4 stroke

i have a 94 ezgo, will not start, died in flight, blew fuse befor starter solonoid,replaced fuse, solonoid, and put in none good igniter, no response from pedal, engine will turn when solonoid jumped post to post but will not fire, am i missing something?

The solenoid is probably bad if you have to jump it to make the engine turn over.
