92 ezgo wont go

when you press the accelerator the solenoid clicks. motor is tested good. what would be the next step to test? we saw on here to test the controller box connect b- to m- and if the motor works its the controller box that is bad. we did that and the motor runs. is there anything else besides the controller box that could cause this? thanks in advance.

Hello. Your Ezgo will not have a controller, it has a series of resistor coils. After your batteries are fully charged, jump the solenoid by running a 6 gage wire across the 2 large posts. Does it move?

That is, your ezgo is solid state.

Don,t know why Matti stopped responding to this forum??? You have surly got you problem fixed but if not, jump the solonoid if it runs you need a new one, If not it is probably your controller.
