2018 rxv fleet elite 48v lithium not charging.

Having problem getting my 2018 rxv lithium battery to charge. I have replaced the solenoid and charging receptacle with no success. The receptacle show solid green when plugged in and charger shows its fully charged but gauge show little over half charge and feels like battery is going dead. Any helpful testing I can do to help diagnose?
