How do I silence or lower the sound my back up alarm on my 2023 EZGO?

Tape over the buzzer hole, sometimes disabling the reverse buzzer on ezgo disables the cart since the controller checks for it so tape is usually the safest way

I haven't even found where it's hidden.

if not right behind the center dash panel above cup holders then you’ll need reach up and it’s usually mounted right next to the steering column
