  • 2007 just stopped no clicking of solenoid or no tone in reverse

Just drove to Son's house about a block away and everything was fine rolled to stop (no brake) asked where to park and nothing. With key on battery meter shows full voltage, with key in reverse no tone. I checked the 2 fuses all ok, then got meter and checked Solenoid for power Lg lug from battery measured 49.8V other side 0V. measured coil of Solenoid red wire 48V black wire 48V From controller. What needs to happen for controller to pull in the solenoid in.

I hate intermittent problems! Went up this morning to check more and everything is working fine. I guess I wait till it happens again. I think I will look more for chewed wires we seem to have a major problem with chipmunks They got the wires to my radio last year.

Well I didn't find any bad wires but it wont run again.... Just took it to the end of my driveway to get package and it went down fine i turned key off got package loaded and turned key key and no tone or i did not hear solenoid pull in. ANY IDEAS what inputs to control board need to be satisfied for the solenoid to pull in?? I think its a 2009 early year.
