2008 TXT making beeping sound, when starting from a stop, after about 9 holes of golf. The batteries do no show being depleted. This has just started happening and doesn't happen during the first 9 holes are so but is happening almost always on the back 9. The course is not really very hilly and cart speed doesn't seem to be impacted. Wondering if anyone has any idea what is causing this. The cart was purchased used so I am not sure how old the batteries are and I am wondering it this has something to do with the batteries getting hot or loosing charge toward the end of a round of golf.

To get a clearer picture I think the best step forward would be to use a digital voltmeter with alligator clips to monitor your battery levels as you drive normally.
Start by setting the DVM to measure DC voltage usually denoted with a “V” and a straight line. Attach the alligator clips to the main positive and negative terminals of your battery pack. You'll want to monitor the voltage when the cart is under load (like during the back 9 when you're noticing the issue), going up hills, and the resting voltage afterwards. Compare the voltage readings to the attached chart to get a sense of your batteries state of charge. Next, move the alligator clips to each individual battery and do the same using the attached chart.
If the voltage is dipping and holding below 50% of a full charge it's a strong indication the batteries are undercharged or weak. Running lead acid batteries below 50% regularly can cause permanent damage, especially as they age. Older batteries naturally lose their capacity and efficiency, so even if they appear fully charged, they might not hold that charge under load, then the batteries may start heating up or losing capacity toward the end of your round.
