This cart had issues with the throttle pedal. I repaired those. It sat overnight and now it is in limp mode or creep speed mode. Where do I go from here?

from what ive seen its usually bad batteries, or battery, or connections, and if its not related to that, its the bearing encoder. but what kinda throttle work??

Batteries charged to 51.1 volts. The throttle problem was the pedal not returning to zero. Took the pedal off and cleaned it up. It works properly. The cart sat over night and now it barely creeps.

Are your readings inline with the throttle pedal test? See attached guide

Haven't tested the voltages at the pedal yet. Found the troubleshooting guide yesterday. Will soon begin that process. Will advise.
          Thanks.
