Need help. I have 3 12 volt 31P batteries in a series on my golf cart. I have replaced the solenoid and ignition switch. Still get nothing - no noise no movement . What else could it be?

Thanks for posting, before diving deeper, it's a good idea to perform a load test on each of the three 12 volt batteries in your series setup just to rule out any simple battery SOC related issues that could be causing the lack of movement.
The current begins at the main positive terminal of the battery pack, serving as the primary voltage source. It then passes through the Reed switch (labeled Ignition Interlock on the schematic) and continues through MS-2 on the F/R assembly, followed by the Keyswitch and MS-3 in the pedal box. The path then leads to one side of the solenoid coil. At this point, the voltage splits into two paths. One side travels to Pin-4 on the controller, signaling it to activate (note that the controller does not provide this voltage). The other side goes through the solenoid coil.
On the other end of the solenoid coil, it connects to the main negative terminal of the battery pack via the B- terminal on the controller. It's important to note that the controller's role in the solenoid activation circuit is limited to its B- terminal acting as a connection point for one side of the solenoid coil and receiving voltage from the activation circuit. In essence, the solenoid should activate regardless of the controller's condition.
For troubleshooting purposes, start by connecting the negative test lead of your Digital Voltmeter (DVM) to B- at the battery pack. Then, trace back towards the B+ source starting from the small terminal on the solenoid where the red wires are attached. Follow this path towards the smaller of the three wires on the backside of the cart's charger receptacle. This methodical approach will help identify any breaks or interruptions in the electrical flow, potentially pinpointing the underlying cause of your golf cart's no click and no run issue. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
