I just bought a 1997 EZGO TXT. I don't want to disable the backup beeper to keep grand kids safe when riding around the yard but I plan using this to get out to my deer stand during hunting season and I don't wan the beeper sounding while I'm out. Is there a way to wire a switch somewhere to turn it off when I want?

Absolutely. All you need to do is tap into one of wires going to your beeper (mine is right behind the removable dash panel), and put in a toggle switch. The wires that connect to your beeper have a spade connection. Unplug one of them and plug it into the the back of the toggle switch. Then add another wire from the other side of the toggle switch to your beeper where you unplugged the original wire. Viola! You have an on/off switch for the beeper. (You will have to drill a new hole in your dash panel to mount the toggle switch).
