Have a 2008 TXT 36Volt electric Golf cart. Batteries are only 2 years old. Battery charger is fine. Batteries are fully charged. Took it out for the first time since last October. It runs slow no more that 1/2 speed. Any suggestions? selnoid ?? Thanks.
