How to bypass Madjax Storm Volate Reducer

I have a 1997 EZGO TXT. Navitas AC conversion, converted to 48v. I have an Eco lithium battery that came with its own volate reducer. I recently got a Madjax storm body kit, which includes its own voltage reducer and relay. I am wondering how to bypass the voltage reducer and relay that was provided by Madjax and use my current reducer and fuse box. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
