How to convert 5 lugs to 4 lugs

I have a 2002 Ezgo TXT shuttle 6E 48V that is a 5 lug wheel. I took the cart to 2 separate golf cart specialist to have it lifted. Both informed me that they could not find 5 lug wheels. One suggested changing out the entire rear axle in order to get the rear lift kit. They could find the front kit not the rear. Both have suggested I sell the cart because it is hard to find parts for this model. A local mechanic suggested purchasing 5 LUG TO 4 LUG WHEEL ADAPTERS. HELP!
