Alltrax controller programming???

[Gas’em]

I have a 36V wet cell EZGo golf cart with an Alltrax SR48500 and a motor rebuilt by PlumQuick Bandit rebuild and new 400amp solenoid. I’m only getting 14mph out of the cart and am told that I should be closer to 20mph.
What setting should I be running in the Alltrax controller?
