2022 Ez-go Liberty

Well I already gone messed it up, okay I really need some electrical help, I thought I could easily disconnect the back up siren. Pulled the 2 wires off the back of the siren, figured all I have to do is bypass the siren and reconnect the positive wire to the negative wire and call it a day. Nope didnt work, then re put the wires back on the original way, then reseting the tow switch off to back on, it works in forward and neutral, but NOT in backwards, my screen flashes and shows a maintaince symbol. I checked my fuses but saw none burnt out. Dont know what to do? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advanced.
