looking for new wheels and tires to improve the look of my cart

I have an EZ-Go electric cart that needs new tires. I would like to hop up the looks with some new wheels and tires. Any suggestions ? I would like them to be as big as possible without having to use a lift kit. What size can I go up to ?
And any suggestions on where a good place is to look and buy? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
