I have a 2017 EZGO Express S4, 48 volt electric and not gas. I was preparing to install a radio and was looking for a switched hot wire. I removed the ignition switch and I accidentally touched the key switch white/yellow wire to ground with the power on. I heard a click and now I have no power and no click. I checked every single fuse I could find and all are fine.
Here are some additional things:
The headlights, taillights and horn work fine.
The battery voltage indicator no longer works.
There is NO click at the solenoid when the pedal is pressed.
There is a an LED status light on the Curtis motor controller, but there is no lights on at all; not blinking or steady, nothing.
Battery voltage is fine.
The cart worked perfectly before I started this process.
My immediate thought was a fuse because of the sound that I heard, but all that I can find are good.
Thoughts?
