INCORRECT FULL CHARGE INDICATION

My 2009 EZ-GO RXV is at about 1/2 to 3/4 full charge but, when hooking up charger, charger indicates batts fully charged and will not charge.
Tried this with two other EZ-GO chargers with same result.
Any suggestions?
BTW, a YouTube video showed that there is a very small (mini) circuit "board" (with fuse) incapsulated on the cart's charger receptacle (a 2014 model)...I don't see this on my cart.

Your batteries are bad

Turns out that problem was wiring. I had disconnected batteries while out of town for 5 weeks; when hooking back up, I missed a wire (it had dropped down out of obvious sight). It may be worth noting that my cart (purchased used) has four wires connected to the primary positive terminal while wiring diagram shows 3 wires (the 4th wire is there but is shown connected to another terminal.)
