Ezgo rxv free roll with black wire loose?

I have an ezgo rxv and after hitting a speed bump, the cart won't move forward or reverse but oddly free rolls. It also Jerks a bit when put into r n or f gear and just has short beeps over time.

We noticed this black wire was loose. Not sure if that is is problem but also can't find where it should connect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes, but not really sure if the black wire was the issue. They ended up replacing the brake as it had gone bad.

I have a very similar issue. A brake replacement is what I was afraid of. I was hoping, much like it appears you did, that it was a mystery wire that came loose.
