<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<SOLVED >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
** Finally traced issue to broken wire coming from charger receptacle to battery … yeah!!
I just replaced the 4 batteries on my 48V 2016 RXV EZGO. Now nothing runs … I do have lights and horn, but no movement, no reverse buzzer, no ‘click’ when I press the accelerator pedal … (doh!)
I’ve rechecked how I set the batteries and cables … wondering what I have possibly done wrong … could there be a fuse issue? Or is it possible that I blew the solenoid?
When I rehook up the batteries (neg wires last) I do get a spark when the neg wire (from controller) first touches the battery terminal, I suspect that is normal?
If you have any ideas for this novice, I’d be glad to hear.
Note: I found that staring at the batteries doesn’t help much, but a beer does (well … several beers).
Thank you!
The main fuse is okay … darn ….
