Can anyone help. I have a new in box speed controller with harness. It is of no use to me and I am looking to sell it. I have tried Ebay...does anyone know a good place to post this item?

Am interested if you can tell me what it does, and where it is located? My EZ "free-wheels" going downhill, and barely climbs up them, while runs good on level.
