Hi All - New here!
I was driving up a fairly steep grade the other night and suddenly the cart stopped briefly, then started intermittent beeping in forward. When I took my foot off the throttle and tried it again, it started to "jerk"; would not move more than a few inches forward or backward.
Towed it back to the house and have it up on stands. I see now that it will run "normally" in reverse if I floor the throttle, with the normal reverse tone sounding. It will not go in forward, but jerks only; still always beeping but intermittently. Putting it back in Tow mode stops the beeping.
My voltage is reading good and I tested each battery for 6v. These Trojan batteries are about 5 months old. This is a Textron "Freedom" cart. I should also mention that prior to this happening I was driving it through the woods on the course, on fairly smooth paths but I can't say I didn't run into some twigs along the way.
Comments are certainly welcomed!!
