2009 Ezgo rxv electric brake locks up.

2009 Ezgo rxv electric brake locks up. Put new brake on same problem. When you take brake off it works again after a while. Everything was new in January of 2014 according to dealer when I bought this cart as newly rebuilt. Dealer said riding across a pasture is causing the problem and says I should trade it in. Dealer says he has never seen a solenoid fail and then start working again. HELP
