  • power problems

    I bought new battery's an the cart want go 1 mile an they act dead what could be draining them 36volt it has the handle to go to gear not the switch

    Many things could cause this, we need a little bit more info to help narrow this down.
    1. Exactly how old are the batteries?

    2. Have you tested the battery pack after a full charge? A good battery pack should read 38.2VDC after a full charge and let sit for atleast 1 hour.

    3. Have you checked and maintained the water levels in the batteries?

    4. Are the high current cables on the batteries and to/from F/R switch, controller and motor tight/clean?

      the battery are new the cables are new an the cart is stock

        Post the battery pack voltage after a complete charge. Wait at least one hour after the charger turns off to check.
