Cart has wood grain dash panel. Two screws on left and 2 screws on right. What else to do to get panel off so I can replace broken light switch? Can anyone help? Don't want to break the panel.

You've already found two screws on the left and two on the right side of the dash panel. These screws likely hold the panel in place, so you'll need to remove them.
Sometimes there may be additional screws or fasteners hidden beneath decorative caps or plugs or coming from the underside side of the panel. Carefully inspect the panel front and back for any such hidden fasteners and remove them if necessary.
With all screws removed, you can now gently pry off the dash panel. Use a widehead putty knife or a trim removal tool to avoid damaging or cracking the panel. Start from one edge and work your way around, applying gentle pressure to release any clips or hooks securing the panel. Depending on the design of your golf cart's dashboard, there may be wiring connections to the light switch or other components. Take note of any wiring connections and disconnect them carefully to avoid damage.
Once the panel is off and the wiring is disconnected, you can access the light switch for replacement. After replacing the light switch, reattach any wiring connections. Then, carefully align the dash panel and press it back into place. Make sure all clips and hooks engage properly. Finally, reinstall the screws you removed earlier, securing the panel in place.
