Dana 12?

I have a series ez go. I'm trying to rebuild the rear end but having trouble installing the two bearings onto the middle gear.. I was sold parts for a Dana 12 ez go rear-end. Should they be that hard to slide on . Sorry. But I see that I put this post in the wrong place.. My cart is electric not gas.

what year model cart do you have.? or post serial number. i have a few service manuals for the dana transaxles that could help.
