Looking for a wiring diagram for this cart, I have looked everywhere.
Anyone know where I might find one?
    Thanks

    Hi Crittr,

You might be in luck with your search. The PC4 XI may have been branded by Cushman, but it's essentially an 89-96 EZGO Marathon in disguise. Cushman often rebranded these carts, so their internals and wiring setups are nearly identical.

To get a definite answer, you could post some pictures of your cart. We would help confirm if it matches the EZGO Marathon’s specs. Once confirmed, you'll have a much easier time finding the right wiring diagram.

For both models, you’ll typically find either a 2-cycle or 4-cycle gas engine, or a 36 volt electric drive system. The wiring on these carts is relatively simple, which is a plus if you’re troubleshooting electrical issues. The key components in the wiring diagram you’ll be looking for include the ignition system, starter/generator, solenoid, and the various switches and connections. The EZGO Marathon’s wiring diagrams are widely available and should be applicable to the PC4 XI as well given their shared lineage.

I'd suggest checking out the diagrams section where you should find detailed diagrams and service books listed for ezgo around that year. These resources typically have everything you need for troubleshooting and repairs. The wiring setups for these models are well documented, so once you know it's basically an EZGO Marathon, you should have no problem finding the exact information you need.

Hope that helps, and good luck with your project!
