I have an older ezgo electric that I picked up for my parents. It moves along fine on level ground, but has no power to climb any type of incline. It also starts slow and takes some time to build up speed. It worked fine when I got it a few months ago. Batterys are newer, cables are good. Any help will be appreciated.

Hey Randye! welcome to the boards. :wavey:

Clean all the posts, check all the connections, give it a full charge and test each individual battery with a volt meter. You may have a dead battery. Do you have a serial number or year?

thanks for the response. The cart is at my parents house, I'll have to get the year and model information when I get there. I'll also try what you've recommended. I hope that's all it is, I was afraid it would be much more difficult
