slow cart

All of a sudden cart speed is slow in forward & reverse. New batteries, NPX controller, new cables, solenoid, f/w switch. All was fine until last week.

I would start by checking all battery cable connections at the batteries, motor, controller, f/r switch, can you check the battery pack voltage and post your findings?
