Having issues with any incline.....Cart will run fine for 36 holes...just doesnt like any hills...small or steep hills..series PDS...good clean batteries...good wiring....tires have air...is there such thing as a drive belt?...can a solenoid cause this problem....i've never done any work on a cart..thanks for any help

sepex...batteries have voltage of 5.9...normal tires, no lift..

5.9v load or no load. Should be 6.3v and drop to about 6v under load. Sounds like the batteries are tired. How old are the batteries and have you check the water level?
