Wheel Issue

I have a 2009 RXV Electric EZGO and the back driver side wheel keep coming loose. I tried several times to tighten up the lug nuts but the just come loose again. What do I need to do to fix it. I tried looking up someone that can service it but the location listed on EZGO website has closed. Does anybody know a service shop in the Fort Wayne, IN area that can come out and repair golf carts. Thanks

I had the same problem, couldn't get the lugs tight enough with lug wrench. Used a air wrench no long have problem.
