Recently I bought an EZGO TXT electric 2002. I want to add lights, radio etc. I would like to know is the frame grounded, or do you have to run a ground wire back to the batteries. Thanks

yes you need to run a ground wire.
One #10 wire will handle in excess of 25 amps DC, run one to the dash and put a terminal block there, then pull all others from that one wire. -
As stated, run a ground back to the battery pack. DO NOT ground the frame.
Many of us just add another battery under the seat. I use a small gelcell motorcycle battery for my lights etc. It works great, does not draw doen the primary pack, I can leave the lights on for extended periods, (LED's) and I charge it with a trickle charger.Comment
