2007 ezgo pds problem

When I get on the cart and try to accelerate the cart goes a little bit then stops. Batteries are fine. Need help please

Take the drivers side wheel off. Take the snap ring out of the back of the motor. Pull the senor out and see if the magnet has broke are came loose from shaft of motor. Common on the PDS carts.

Checked the magnet and it is fine what else do I need to check?
