Charge indicator - single bar flashing

I have a 2007 ex-go electric golf cart. I charged it for about 24 hours after the winter, and when I turned the key the charge indicator on the dash had a single flashing bar. Last year after a charge the light would be steady and show level of charge. Is there a problem or do I just need to continue charging?

Disconnect the charge meter and let it reset.

Long time sitting dead it has to reset.
Beatteries sitting dead for long times is bad.
