I have an electric 32v ezgo how do i hook up a radio and lites? Andy lol

I think you mean 36 volts.

You have battery cables between 2 batteries.

1st battery the cable is connected to the - terminal.
2nd battery the same cable is connected to the + terminal.

1st battery hook hot wire from radio to the + of battery
2nd battery hook the ground wire from radio to - of battery
this = 12 volts you can hook lights and anything else that is 12 volts like this.
