If I have (4) 8Volt battery's in a Cart that makes 32Volts, Can I use a 6, OR 12 Volt Charger to Charge the Pack.

Sorry, unfortunately that won't work.
You need a charger that matches either 1 or multiples of what you are charging. -
If your desperate and already have a 12 volt charger maybe with a few parts.
You have 4 cells you charge each cell @ about 2.5 volts x 4 = 10 volts measure the voltage of your 12 volt charger. Now you can use the diodes to limit the voltage each diode will drop the voltage by .4 to .6 volts just hook a bunch in series rated at the amperage of your charger and you now have an 8 volt charger. They can be mounted in a small plastic box You put your charger to the plastic box and charge out of that for 8 volts.Comment
