How can I charge a 32V Golf Car from 4 8Volt Battery's?

With a 32v charger but there none of those made that I'm aware of.
You could possibly charge 3x8v batteries with a 24v charger.

not sure what your asking here! you want to charge batteries with other batteries?
well 32 volts divided by 2 volts per cell = 16 cells in the pack and you should use around 2.6 volts per cell to charge so that's 41.6 volts. If you use 5 8 volts batteries this gives you 40 volts and the batteries should be twice the amp hour of the ones in the cart to get close to a full charge. Now if the batteries sag as time goes on and the voltage drops from the 5 batteries you will not charge correctly.
