Welcome aboard! You found the right place.

Is it a gaser are sparky?

If sparky you want get the charger to turn on unless it has about 28 voltss on the battery pack. You will need to charge with a 6 volt are 12 volt charger until the regular charge turns on.

If it's gas then a regular 12 volt charger will get it going.

If it is electric, check all the battery connections.
There's lots of repair advice but we'll need some answers first.

thnx yes it is 36 volt i have a post under elect ezgo wont go mick
