Frustrated!

Just finished putting all new batteries in our C402 cart and checked the start switch and cart does not move. I can hear a relay click in the controller, but no movement either direction. Where do I look next??

Is your cart a 2002?
Check the voltage at the charger receptacle, is it around 38v?
If so is it a series motor cart or a PDS?
Is it all stock or does it have any mods done to it?
When we know what you have it will be a little easier to diagnose your problem.

If your cart is a PDS cart F/R switch on the dash check the little red/white wire coming out of the charger receptacle and make sure it's connected on the other side. It should have a spade connction right on the passenger side then goes into the wiring harness to the controller connection Ji on the controller.
If it has come disconnected the cart want run. Hook it to pack voltage and it should be fine.
