how do you tell battery type?

Can someone tell me how to get info off the cart batteries, other than trojens?

I see alot of local cart shops that sell and install batteries in golf carts. When I look at their batteries, they are all black plastic.
And they have the decals on them, with the cart's installer buisiness name on them.

How can I tell what brand and model the batteries are?

I am looking for info on how to get any information I can, off of these batteries?

I want to find what brand batteries they are using.

This is a hard question to answer because so many company's buy a generic battery and throw there name on them. If you want to know amp hrs they should be on the battery it self. Some use stickers for the dates and some punch it into the - side post it all depends on the battery brand.
