Club Cart DS (2004) tuneup help

So, I bought a tuneup kit off the internet and it includes:

a pre gapped plug
air filter
oil filter
2 fuel filters

my questions are:

do you have to get under it - to access the drain plug?
is there a jack point on the cart?
whats the protocol for changing the fuel filters?

Run your cart for 10 minutes before changing the oil. Helps when you drain the oil.
You have to go underneath the cart to remove the plug. 14mm wrench require.
i always jack the cart in the center of the rear axle. then put on jack stands
most likely you have a shut off valve. turn it off.
start from the gas tank and work to the carb.
make sure to blow out the over flow line on the carb
