replaced coil any one can help please do need diagram of kawasaki engine have the one of the wiring

Hello. It is either the rev limiter or the ignitor. Bypass the limiter by removing its ground wire, the brown one and keeping it away from any ground. If the cart starts and has spark then you know you need to replace the limiter. If still a nogo you will have to replace the ignitor. You can either buy one or get a 97 club car and up coil which has a ingnitor built into it.

I have a 2003 gas Club Car. I don't have much experience working on golf cars and do not know where the rev limiter and coil are located. Can someone give me a clue? I have no spark.

be under the front of the motor, black box 2 inches long, 3/4 thick, 2 wires comin from it. one goes to that brown wire, other is not used. if you got a 2003 the igniter is built into the coil.
